Kevin M Mayhew
Kevin Mayhew is the Owner and President of Mayhew Management. Mayhew Management is involved in developing residential and retail projects as well as the property management of rental units near the University of Delaware campus. Kevin has been managing properties for 24 years. He is the President of the Newark Landlord Association.
The portfolio that he developed and manages consists of the Campus Edge Apartments, Campus Side townhouses, Campus Walk townhouses, Emily Bell Place and numerous single family homes comprising more than 350 beds.
Kevin emphasizes a hand on approach to his management style; he is the first line of contact with his tenants and will do most repairs himself. He graduated from the University of Delaware and resides in Newark with his family.
Chad Mayhew
Chad Mayhew is the Vice President of Mayhew Management. Chad graduated from University of Delaware in 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He spent 8 years working with a major developer and construction management company in Wilmington, where he worked on a variety of projects, ranging from sport stadiums to multi-housing projects.
Chad has helped manage the portfolio his dad developed since college, but now joins full time to help expand that portfolio.
